Common billing questions
What happens if I exceed my credit limit?
Your API keeps working. Additional requests beyond your monthly allowance are billed at your plan’s overage rate: €2.00 per 1,000 requests on Hobbyist and Developer, €1.00 per 1,000 requests on Scale and Lifetime. Overage charges appear on your next invoice.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading to annual, you save the equivalent of 2 months per year. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits automatically roll over to the next month. You can accumulate up to 2x your monthly quota as a safety buffer for traffic spikes. Credits only expire if you cancel your subscription.
How do refunds work?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. A 3.5% processing fee applies. Contact us by email to request a refund.

The short answer: Sustainability. To ensure the API remains fast, stable, and well-supported for the next decade, we strictly limit the number of perpetual licenses issued each month. This allows us to balance our long-term infrastructure costs and maintain a high standard of service for every user. We prioritize the longevity of the tool. Once the monthly quota is met, the option closes until the following month.
